All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Wallet funds are non-refundable once credited. Boost orders that have been initiated cannot be cancelled or refunded.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable regulations. You must comply with the terms of service of any social media platform you use in conjunction with our Service.
HyppeSocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including any loss of followers, engagement, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
